Large groups? We can accommodate!

If you have a large group and need additional rooms, we have 1604, 1607, 1608 available as well. The front doors of 1607 and 1608 open to face each other across a short private foyer. Renting both together will give your group seven bedrooms with sleeping for up to 16 adults, as well as two living rooms, two kitchens, two dining rooms and six bathrooms. 1604 is only 3 doors down from 1607. In total, we have 16 bedrooms and sleeping accomodations for 36 guests. Discounts are available for booking two or more condos on the same dates.

This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condominium that has everything you could need for a luxury, memorable vacation! At over 2800 sq. ft. with balcony, you have a beautiful view of the south Myrtle Beach shoreline. This unit just went a total renovation with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, quartzite countertops, wet bar with wine fridge built into custom cabinetry, gorgeous hardwood flooring, tiled bathrooms and laundry, modern fixtures and recessed lighting and a crisp contemporary paint scheme and décor that you might expect in any big city.

This spacious home offers an open floorplan with tons of living space. The full-size kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook gourmet meals. On hand are all the necessary spices, dishes, drinkware, baking, cooking and serving dishes and utensils you may need. Small appliances include a blender, mixer, chopper, can opener and air fryer. There is a dining table for 6 and adjacent 2 bar stools to seat 8 adults A selection of wine is on hand with our “take one/leave one” policy, so you never know what unique selection a former guest may have left to enjoy!

The large Master Bedroom has a luxurious king size bed, flat screen TV, amazing views, balcony access, and a huge en suite bathroom with a simply gorgeous oversized dual-head tiled master shower with frameless sliding glass entry, and dual master closets. The spacious second bedroom has a queen bed with pillowtop mattress. It also boasts a large flat screen television. In the bathroom, relax after a day of shopping, golf, or enjoying the beach in a candlelight bath with provided bath salts and bombs. Bedroom 3 is a beautifully decorated oasis with queen bed, flat screen TV and shared bath with shower.

This condo’s living room is very spacious with contemporary but comfy furniture that just begs you to sink into, and huge flat screen TV. The floorspace has been remodeled to create a new L-shaped section of living room with the built-in bar, sofa which opens to a Queen bed, lounger, balcony access and beautiful views. There is plenty of room here for everyone to have his or her own space.

We provide high-speed internet throughout the condo, cable television, and Roku television in the Living Room, with which you can log in and use your own streaming channels.

On the occasional rainy day or timeout from the sun, there is a collection of books and board games to enjoy.
